Hi, my name is Jesse and I am a visual designer and artist from the heart of Virginia.

I create fine arts pieces, using thread on fabric, gouache and a renewed focus on pen and ink on paper. I especially love to create unique gifts and drawings for personal and domestic spaces. I have published illustrations for Virginia Magazine, Blue Lyra ReviewStorm Cellar quarterly, and The Thomas Jefferson Foundation.

I have had solo exhibitions at The Garage, New City Arts, and The Virginia Discovery Museum in Charlottesville, VA; at King Street Coffee in Leesburg, VA; and have exhibited in group shows at Space 1026 in Philadelphia; The Bridge PAI and Second Street Gallery in Charlottesville, VA; The Gallery Above in Panama City, FL; and The New City Arts Initiative in NYC.

I studied printmaking under Allyson Mellberg-Taylor, Dean Dass, and Akemi Ohira at the University of Virginia, received my letterpress certification from Virginia Arts of the Book Center, and worked at The Kennedy Center and the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
